  • Plan and execute effective campaigns across google and bing; includes overseeing keyword builds, copy approval, and feed management for shopping campaigns (if applicable)
  • Recommend optimizations and proactive solutions for implementation by paid search strategists; proactively seek to share new knowledge, learnings, test findings, and opportunities with larger paid media team
  • Ensure thorough completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by client/internal process
  • Assist in invoice reconciliation/bill-pay process
  • Maintain open and productive communications with platform and vendor partners, ensuring our campaigns are of the highest standard
  • Analyze performance data and provide meaningful insights, always looking at the larger picture and the effects on the client’s greater business needs
  • Ensure platform strategies are properly implemented and optimized for clients across a variety of platforms including google, bing, and sa360
  • Support the senior manager with team management and training; hold responsibility for the professional development of paid search strategists on the team and participate in performance reviews
  • Build client relationships not just through meeting business goals, but also via meetings and team calls
  • Communicate effectively and confidently when speaking to internal and external teams when it comes to your channel’s goals and growth per client
  • Work across departments to collaborate and expand knowledge of seo, bi, analytics, and cs
  • Participate in internal and external trainings to improve channel growth


  • Strong excel skills a must
  • Keynote/powerpoint skills – ability to articulate strategy via contextual and visual slides

Practiced experience in the following platforms:

  • Google adwords (certification(s) necessary)
  • Bing ads
  • Search ads 360
  • Doubleclick campaign manager
  • Google analytics
  • Adobe omniture optional
  • App measurement tools optional
  • Moat optional

Required background:

  • 4-year college degree
  • 3+ years of paid search campaign management either brand side or at an agency required; must show deep understanding and knowledge of platforms and media ecosystem
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team and overseeing their completion of deliverables, as well as holding responsibility of the professional development of team members
  • Strong communication and writing skills – attention to detail
  • Creative thinker, assertive problem solver, and analytical master-mind
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment
