Main Responsibilities Of The Role:

Campaign strategy

  • Proactively advise clients on digital strategy and inform them of new trends in the digital landscape
  • Ensure all campaign planning and execution aligns with client objectives, as well as best practices
  • Ensure campaign performance trends toward client goals, and reporting delivers insightful findings that map back to client objectives
  • Manage the ongoing planning and execution of clients’ campaigns, and ensure that the correct strategies and resources are utilized to deliver against goals

Client engagement

  • Communicate regularly with a range of clients in various industry verticals, as well as internal digital media teams
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reviews and future strategies / campaign ideas
  • Coordinate, organize and lead client status calls to review relevant deliverables and performance
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and assist in resolving any outstanding client needs

Project and team management

  • Assume complete ownership of project/campaign timelines, serving as the defining resource both internally and externally
  • Develop detailed project plans and work with internal teams to ensure proper resourcing and expectations
  • Streamline cross-team and cross-department internal communication to ensure deadlines are met with client objectives intact

Main Qualities We Look For:

  • Strong understanding of the roles that paid media channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display (Acquisition, Prospecting and Remarketing) play in the customer journey, as well as their impact on non-paid channels in the digital ecosystem, such as SEO, Email, and Affiliate
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics products, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Interest and curiosity to explore data and strong analytical skills to extract trends or insights from data sets
  • Experience and ability to build and present narratives out of data
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through on action items / tasks

Key Skills And Experience:

  • 8+ years of digital agency experience in Client Services / Account Management, Project Management, or Strategy
  • Deep understanding of the role and function of Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, SEO, Email and Affiliate marketing tactics, and how they tie into clients’ broader business context
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest and interpret data across digital media channels to extrapolate relevant findings, and distill them to the most important points
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to foster long-term relationships with both clients and team members
  • Excellent working knowledge of major analytics, marketing and social platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Excellent project management, campaign management and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to clients’ communication styles
  • Ability to proactively recognize and address client needs, including the need for additional AKDM / marketing services
