Responsibilities:

  • Build programmatic display campaigns (incl. mobile, CTV, video, native, audio, open exchange, PMP/PG, etc.) in DV360, including account setup and organization, trafficking and tracking, and budget assignments.
  • Lead optimization efforts on DV360 line-item bid strategy and targeting levels to meet campaign goals; pull and analyze reports to make informed decisions on which changes to make in the platform.
  • Recommend audience segmentation and optimization strategies (incl. suppression) to align with KPIs and client marketing goals.
  • Identify channel growth opportunities to increase share of budgets for the channel and/or encourage incremental.
  • Guide creative specification best practices and dictate asset needs per DV360 platform recommendations.
  • Provide a leading channel voice in the creation of long/short term strategy and deliverables for clients.
  • Communicate channel optimizations, insights, and campaign updates to teams internal and external via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain open and productive relationships with platform and vendor partners, ensuring our campaigns are of the highest standard; stay proactive with learning of opportunities and offerings.
  • Ensure use of partner and agency best practices including brand safety and verification.
  • Analyze performance data and provide meaningful insights, keeping in mind other channel effects and big picture goals.
  • Lead and train display strategists and encourage growth and professionalism; proactively seek to share new knowledge, learnings, test findings, and opportunities with larger paid media team.
  • Participate in internal and external trainings to improve channel growth.


Required Compentencies:

  • 2+ years of experience executing in platform (DV360 preferred, but other DSPs acceptable)
  • Strong Excel skills a must
  • Keynote/PowerPoint Skills – ability to articulate strategy via contextual and visual slides


Practiced Experience in the Follow Platforms:

  • DV360 or another comparable DSP
  • DoubleClick Campaign Manager (CM360)
  • Moat or other Brand Safety/Verification Tool
  • Google Analytics
  • Adobe Omniture optional
  • App Measurement Tools optional


Required Background:

  • 4-Year College degree
  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing and/or Media Planning experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Has worked with other team members to carry out responsibilities
  • Strong communication and writing skills with clients, partner, and vendor experience
  • Creative thinker, assertive problem solver, and analytical mastermind
  • Proficient with website reporting analytics tools or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to analyze reports and make recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
