  • Support the Paid Media Director(s) with team management and training; hold responsibility for the professional development of group manager and overarching team growth and development
  • Ensure that paid media team is implementing and executing strategies that align with both long term client goals as well as agency growth objectives
  • Help to lead client quarterly and yearly strategy presentations
  • Understand department P&L and provide team and client updates to Director and Executive Team; work with Director to assess resource utilization
  • Grow and manage department and agency tools to improve efficiency and quality of work
  • Identify service offering improvements and opportunities, presenting ideas to Director and Executive Team
  • Maintain open and productive communications with platform and vendor partners, ensuring the department is ahead of the latest and coming updates
  • Work closely with leaders of other department teams to encourage synergy, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and positive company culture
  • Participate in internal and external trainings to improve department and agency growth
  • Assist the Director in proper on-boarding of new clients


  • Strong Excel skills a MUST
  • Keynote/PowerPoint Skills – ability to articulate strategy via contextual and visual slides

Required Background

  • 4-Year college degree
  • 6+ years of paid campaign management either brand side or at an agency required; must show deep understanding and knowledge of platforms and media ecosystem
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team and overseeing their completion of deliverables and alignment with client strategy, as well as holding responsibility of the professional development of team members
  • Strong communication and writing skills – attention to detail
  • Creative thinker, assertive problem solver, and analytical master-mind
  • Proficient with website reporting analytics tools
  • Ability to analyze reports and make recommendations, recognizing and telling a story from data
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment
